Caletero, Pedro Ximenez, Bodegas Almocaden

Drank with a few thick slices of Manchego at a bar in Jerez, packed and rowdy at 11pm with people from 8 to 75 years old. This combination is the best revision of Peanut Butter and Jelly I’ve ever had: the Manchego being super nutty and thick, the PX somewhere between raspberry, fig, caramel and aged balsamic.
